Conception II: Children of the Seven Stars (Konception II: Shichisei no Michibiki to Mazuru no Akumu) is a role-playing game developed and published by Spike Chunsoft for the Nintendo 3DS. It is the second installment in the Conception series. The game follows a group of high school students who must fight monsters in a mysterious world called the “Dusk World”. The students must use their Star Children, creatures born from the bonds between themselves and the seven stars, to battle the monsters. The game features a mix of dungeon crawling, relationship building, and turn-based combat. Players can customize their Star Children with different skills and abilities, and can also strengthen their bonds with their partners in order to increase their power. The game also features a unique “Classmating” system, which allows players to create new Star Children by combining two characters.
