Excitebike 64 (USA) (Rev 1), known in Japan as Excitebike 64 バイクレース (Excitebike 64 Bike Race), is a racing video game developed by Left Field Productions and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64 console. The game is a sequel to the original Excitebike, released in 1984 for the Famicom. The game features 3D graphics, a variety of tracks, and a wide selection of customizable bikes. Players can race against computer opponents or against up to four other players in split-screen multiplayer mode. The game also features a track editor where players can create their own tracks and share them with other players. Excitebike 64 has been praised for its detailed graphics and smooth controls, and is considered one of the best racing games on the Nintendo 64.
