Hexen (Europe) (Japanese title: ヘクセン) is a first-person shooter video game developed by id Software and published by GT Interactive Software for the Nintendo 64 in 1997. It is the sequel to Heretic, and is the third game in the Serpent Riders trilogy. The game is set in a gothic fantasy world and follows the story of three heroes as they battle the forces of evil. Players take control of one of the three characters, each with their own unique abilities, and must battle their way through levels filled with enemies and hazards. The game features a variety of weapons, puzzles, secrets, and power-ups, as well as a multiplayer mode. Hexen is a fast-paced, action-packed shooter that is sure to keep players entertained for hours.
