Tetris 64 (Japan) (En), テトリス64, is a puzzle video game released in 1998 exclusively for the Nintendo 64 in Japan. Developed by Bullet-Proof Software, it is the first 3D Tetris game and the first Tetris game released on the Nintendo 64. The game features several modes, including a Story Mode where the player must complete various levels of play to progress, a Marathon Mode where the player must clear as many lines as possible, and a Time Trial Mode where the player must clear as many lines as possible in a limited amount of time. Additionally, the game features several multiplayer modes, allowing up to four players to compete against each other. The game also includes a variety of special items which can be used to aid the player in their quest to clear the lines.
