This game is a collection of two different games, My Little Baby and My Boyfriend, which are both simulation games. My Little Baby is a baby-raising simulation game where players will take care of a baby from the moment it's born to the age of three. Players will have to feed, clothe, and entertain the baby while taking care of its health and safety. My Boyfriend is a dating simulation game where players will be able to date a variety of different boys and try to win their hearts. Players will be able to go on dates, give gifts, and build relationships with the boys they are dating. Both games feature multiple endings and different scenarios depending on how the player interacts with their virtual babies and boyfriends. In Japan, the collection is known as おしゃべりベイビー＋マイボーイフレンド (Oshaberi Baby + My Boyfriend).
