The Harvest Moon DS game is a Puzzles & Dragons game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS. The game is a sidescrolling action role-playing game with a dark and whimsical atmosphere. The player controls Atsu, a farmer who is trying to save her farm from being taken over by a dark and powerful Dark Mage. The player learns skills and techniques through playing the game and can also create their own games with different in-game features. The game isoscans and looks into the future where Atsu's father, the Kappan, has produced a large crop of keystones which will help them save the farm from the Dark Mage.
