Nintendo DS game Josefine is set in the life of a young woman, Hiroki, who is married to a man who she has never met. Hiroki is carefree and carefree, always on the go and constantly exploring new things. She is not so sure with what he means to her. One day, Hiroki finds herself in Norway, living in the small town of Hjemdalsvatn. She is made aware of the strange things happening in the town, and the man she married is found dead. Hiroki is confused and worried, but decides to go along with the townspeople’s rumors and think it’s a joke. One day, she comes across a man who has been in a battle in the town’s war museum and is surprised by her. They start dating and Hiroki finds her life more fulfilling than she ever thought possible.
