Kunitori Zunou Battle is a new game on the Nintendo DS. It is a strategy game in which the player controls Nobunaga, the final yakuza boss. By controlling Nobunaga, the playerVets can hope to survive and defeat the final yakuza boss, Nobunaga himself. There are many different ways to win, and the player can try to run down Nobunaga in close quarters or use quick strategic moves to take down the enemy's entire force. The game is set in the magical city of Wuhan in the Heian period, and the city's architecture and geometry are to be found in the same patterns on the digital screen across the room. The player can choose to oooh or aah as they play, as they will have a clear view of the action from across the room. There are six different types of battles, each with it's own unique controls and outcomes. Each battle is designed to Federalize the other, as well as to Mr. Yabou (the player's character), who is the only one who can stop Nobunaga before he becomes another dead end. The game is voice-controlled, and the player can choose from a variety of battle styles, including close quarters, area, strategic, and quick strategic. Each battle is also voiced, and the player can see the thoughts of other members of the team as they play. The game is designed to be easy to play, but the player must be careful not to make the same mistakes twice.
