KuruKuru Princess is a new game from Nintendo DS. It's a blitzy, visual novel-style game with music and sound effects on offer. You're a Dorm Patron who has to find a way to save his dayamal (an artificial intelligence of a Monitoring Officer from the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure anime) from the MorningStaridium. You play as either Yume no White Quartet (the protagonist) or another player's character. The game is open-world, you'll have to explore and find out what's happening around you. There's also a side-quest to complete that'll have you visiting different villages and chatting to various characters to get their opinion. The game is described as 'puzzle game with an action component', and features an 8-bit look and feel with lots of characterscenes and story lines. You and your character, Yume no White Quartet, go on exciting puzzles to get through the levels - there's also a sort of 'arcade-style' mini-games to be played while you wait for the solution. The game is now available for purchase from the Nintendo DS store.
