Mario and Donkey Kong are back to their final form as mini characters in a new 2D game mode where they are able to battle it out with each other. players can also add or subtract mini players to their team as they go along, seeking to take down the other team in this unique game mode. The controls are simple - two fingers on the top, two fingers on the bottom - but the control scheme is clever. The DS camera watches the proceedings and gives a close-up of the mini characters as they battle it out.
