In this Naruto game, the player takes on the role of a new Jiraiya, a powerful ninja from a previous age who has since died. As the player engages in the various tasks of the Jiraiya's family and friends, he or she must face new challenges and survive against time and enemy forces. The player can switch between the player's two forms, Jiraiya and Shikamaru, to create a unique partyoutline. In addition, new allies and enemies are added to the game as the player's journey takes him and Shikamaru through the different years of the Jiraiya's life.
