Pen1 Grand Prix - Penguin no Mondai Special (Japan)

In Pen1 Grand Prix, you're a new player to the game who hasRIOT_DPRK4ed his way through the first few rounds. You're close to the end of the round, and are only way into the second. You need the others to make it out alive. With Pen1, this means picking your opponent off the screen with a health up+ down key, and then targeting their eyes with a right-click to kill them. Pen1's health is just enough to keep you from having to worry about their health too much, but too much to not want to pick off your opponent while they're Health Up state.
