Nintendo DS game Shin Megami Tensei - Strange Journey is set in a world of itty-bitty worldels. The game is designed to engage the player's all-encompassing sense of self and with others as they explore each of the five separate worlds. There is that familiar feeling of anxiety and coldness at the back of one's heart as you enter the first one, each one with a different artstyle and textured design. The game features characters that are often characters from various Japanese manga and anime series, as well as the new and not so new in the game section of the game box. The game is a co-operative experience in which players work together in teams of two or more and must battle through various challenges in order to survive and escape the shattered world. The game is a little more than just a game of passing through 5 different worlds and making it on your own.
