Arcus Odyssey is a platform game for the Sega Genesis. It was released in the United States on October 3, 1992, and was published by Sega. The game is a sequel to the successful arcade game Sonic the Hedgehog. The player controls Sonic the Hedgehog as he travels through a variety of worlds in search of treasure and power. Along the way, Sonic must defeat enemies and collect items to increase his strength and power. The game also features a variety of bonus levels, which can be completed for extra points. The game received positive reviews from critics. It was awarded a gold medal by the Game Genie Awards.
