Sailor Moon is a console game for the Sega Genesis, developed by Game Freak and published by Sega. It was released in Japan on December 6, 1995, and in the United States on February 18, 1996. It is the first game in the Senshi Senshi Sailor Moon series, and the first game in the Super Nintendo series. The game is a sidescrolling action-adventure game, set in a world of water and sky. You play as the Sailor Senshi, fighting against evil aliens and their forces. You use your magical powers to defeat enemies, and use your ship to fly through the air. The game is based on the manga and anime series of the same name, and was designed to be easy to learn and play. It contains a number of new features and levels, as well as a number of classic features from the original Senshi Senshi Sailor Moon games.
