Captain Planet and the Planeteers is a platform game for the Sega Genesis. It was released in 1991 and is the first in the Captain Planet series. The game is a sidescrolling action game where the player controls Captain Planet as he travels to different planets to save the day. Along the way, the player must avoid obstacles and defeat the evil robots.
