The Davis Cup II is a tennis game for the Sega Genesis. It was released in 1995 and is a sequel to the well-known Davis Cup. It features a new, more realistic tennis game with new and improved graphics. The game is a single-player game, and is set in a tennis tournament in Europe. The player starts the game by selecting one of the eleven nations represented in the Davis Cup. The player then plays a round of matches against another country's team. The player can choose to play a singles match, a doubles match, or a tri-series match. The player can also choose to compete in a Tournament Mode, in which they compete against other countries' teams in various tournaments. The Tournament Mode also features a new match type, the Grand Slam. In Grand Slam Mode, the player matches up against other top-level tennis players to win a tournament.
