Sega Genesis game: Funny World & Balloon Boy is a game that pits you against the evil Dr. Robotnik in a race to collect as many balloons as possible before the evil doctor can use them to create a giant balloon bomb. The game is played by choosing one of three balloon boys and racing through different levels, collecting balloons as you go. The game is very entertaining and will keep you entertained for hours on end.
