The game is a simulation of the National Football League (NFL) and features players from Joe Montana's time with the San Francisco 49ers. The game is a realistic, three-dimensional recreation of the NFL. Players can run, catch, and throw the ball. The game also features a variety of play-calling options, including Pro- style, Wing-T, and I-formation. The game is also able to simulate the sound of NFL games.
