Probotector is an action-adventure game for the Sega Genesis. It was released in Europe in 1990 and 1991. It is a side-scrolling beat 'em up game with a strong focus on puzzle-solving. The player controls a Probotector, a robot that is used to explore the environment and collect items. The player can use the Probotector's weapon, the Claw, to bash objects and enemies. The player can also use the Probotector's body to jump and swim. The Probotector can also pick up items and use them to solve puzzles.
