The Sega Genesis game 'Ristar - The Shooting Star' is a shoot-'em-up game that was released in Japan in 1995 and in Korea in 1996. The game is a remake of the 1990 Japanese game 'Ristar'. The player controls a star character, Ristar, as he races through a variety of levels, avoiding obstacles and enemies.
