Ultimate QIX is a top-down action RPG game for the Sega Genesis. It was released in 1991 and was published by Sega. The game is a remake of the arcade game Qix. In Ultimate QIX, the player controls a character named Qix as he makes his way through a mix of levels and bonus levels. The player can jump, run, and use weapons to take down enemies.
