Super Nintendo game Benkei Gaiden - Suna no Shou is a role-playing game developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment and published by Sega. It was released in Japan on December 7, 1991. The game's story follows the protagonist, Benkei, as he works his way through a series of dungeons in order to save the kingdom from a dark force. The game features an 8-bit graphics style, and is the first of the Benkei Gaiden games to be released in North America.
