Super Nintendo game Dragon Ball Z - Ultime Menace is a role-playing game developed and published by Bandai Namco. It was released in France in October 1994. The game is a follow-up to the 1987 arcade game Dragon Ball Z - The Adventure of Goku and the Warriors of Might and Magic. The game tells the story of Goku, a young Saiyan warrior who is sent to Earth to stop the evil Piccolo from destroying the planet. Along the way, Goku must help numerous other characters, including the evil Frieza and the evil Dr. Gero. The game is a side-scrolling game with a top-down perspective. The player controls Goku as he travels through different scenes, fighting enemies and completing tasks. The player can also use the various weapons and items available to them to defeat the enemies. The game was well-received by critics. It was awarded a gold trophy by the French gaming magazine magazines Super jeux and Jeuxvideo.
