Super Nintendo game Marmalade Boy is a platformer game developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment for the Super Nintendo. The game was released in Japan on October 26, 1994 and in North America on November 6, 1994. It is the sixth game in the Marmalade Boy series. The protagonist, a boy named Marmalade, is a thief who is looking for a treasure to help finance his dream of becoming a singer. He meets a girl named Vanilla who helps him find the treasure, and they end up getting lost in the desert. They eventually find a way back to the city, where they turn in the treasure to the police. Marmalade Boy is a platformer game with a unique control system. Players move Marmalade around the environment by using the directional pad and the A button to jump and run. The B button is used to pick up objects and use them as weapons. The game features a variety of enemies, some of which are more difficult than others.
