Mega Man X3 is a 3D action role-playing video game developed and published by Capcom for the Super Nintendo. It is the third installment in the Mega Man series and the third game in the X series. It was released in Japan on October 11, 1993 and in the United States on November 17, 1993. The game's story follows the titular Mega Man as he attempts to stop Dr. Light from creating a powerful energy weapon that would destroy the world. Along the way, Mega Man must fight various enemies and bosses, including the likes of Black Bomber and the X-Men. The game offers a variety of different gameplay modes, including a story mode, a multiplayer mode, and a Battle Mode. Its graphics and sound are also some of the best in the series.
