Super Nintendo game Militia is a military strategy game developed by Bandai Namco Entertainment and published by the company in Japan. The game is a sequel to the 1995 game, Super Mario World. It was released in Japan on October 15, 1994, and in the United States on November 8, 1994. The game is a side-scrolling action game with a 3D engine, and it is the only Super Nintendo game to feature a character named 'The Arbiter'. The Arbiter is a character who appears in the game as a Super Mario World character who has been turned into a militia fighter. He is a powerful character and can use his power to shoot powerful beams from his eyes, as well as use his sword and shield to fight. He is a unique character and is not available in other Super Nintendo games. The game is based on the real-life conflict in Yugoslavia between the Serbian government and the Croatian military. The game is set in the town of Prijedor, which was the scene of a battle between the Serbian army and the Croatian military. The Arbiter's appearance in the game is a reference to this battle.
