Ren & Stimpy Show, The - Time Warp is a platform game for Super Nintendo. Players control Ren, a green-skinned, anthropomorphic rabbit, and Stimpy, a pink-skinned, anthropomorphic turtle, as they travel through time to save the day. The game is based on the Ren & Stimpy Show, which aired on BBC Radio 4 from 1987 to 1992. The show was created by John Cleese, with help from Cleese's brother, Monty Python's Flying Circus co-founder Graham Chapman. The game is a sidescrolling platform game with an overworld map. The player moves Ren and Stimpy around the map, dodging obstacles and fighting enemies. The game features a variety of power-ups that the players can use to help them progress. These power-ups include time-warping abilities, which allow the players to travel to different parts of the overworld in different times, and speed-up abilities, which allow the players to move faster. The game was released in Europe in 1990, and was later released in the United States. It was later re-released for the Game Boy Advance in 2002.
