Super Kyousouba - Kaze no Sylphid (Japan)

Super Nintendo game Kaze no Sylphid is a platform game where the player controls a Sylphid, a spirit bird, as it travels through a variety of landscapes to collect flowers. The player must avoid obstacles and enemies along the way, and use the Sylphid's wings to boost itself up and fly. The player can also use the Sylphid's ability to fire beams from its beak, and to create platforms to jump on.
