Super Turrican is an 8-bit platform game developed and published by Atari for the Super Nintendo. It is the first game in the Super Turrican series, and is a spin-off of the arcade game TurboGrafx 16. The game was released in 1994 and is considered a classic. The basic gameplay is to guide the protagonist, Super Mario, through a series of levels, avoiding obstacles and enemies along the way. The player can use the up and down arrow keys to move and the left and right arrow keys to fire projectiles. The game has an 8-bit graphics style, and can be played in co-operative multiplayer mode.
