It was released in North America on August 21, 1990 and in Europe on October 4, 1990. It is the third game in the Wolfenstein series, and the first to be released on the Super Nintendo. The game is set in the world of the future, where the Nazis have taken over the world. You play as the protagonist, Walter, as you venture through the world searching for allies and rescuing people from the Nazis.
