It is a remake of the 1997 game Quake, with new graphics and a new game engine. The game is a two-player co-operative game, with the player controlling one of the Quake II characters, or a computer-controlled character in a multiplayer game. Quake II is considered a classic game, and is considered to be one of the best games ever made.
