Nintendo 3DS game Cave Story 3D (Europe) (En), known as 'Doukutsu Monogatari 3D' (洞窟物語 3D) in Japan, is an action-adventure game developed by Nicalis and published by NIS America. The game is a remake of the original 2004 Cave Story, which was created by Daisuke Amaya. Players take control of a robot named Quote, who must explore a mysterious island and help its inhabitants by completing various tasks. Along the way, Quote will face off against powerful enemies, solve puzzles, and collect items to help him on his quest. The game features 3D visuals, new levels, and additional content not found in the original game. Players can also customize their character with different weapons, items, and accessories.
