Robotron 64 (Europe) (Japanese title: Robotron 64 ロボトロン64) is a fast-paced, action-packed shoot 'em up game developed and published by Midway Games in 1996 for the Nintendo 64. The game is a sequel to the original Robotron: 2084, which was released for the arcades in 1982. In Robotron 64, players take on the role of a heroic robot who must battle an army of robotic enemies in an effort to save humanity from extinction.
