Robotech - Crystal Dreams (USA) (Proto 1) (ロボテッククリスタルドリームズ) is a cancelled Nintendo 64 game developed by Paradigm Entertainment and published by Bandai. The game was based on the popular 1980s anime series Robotech and was set to be the first 3D game in the franchise. It was scheduled to be released in 1999, but was cancelled due to development issues. Robotech - Crystal Dreams was set to be an action-adventure game, where the player would take control of a character in the Robotech universe and explore a 3D world with a variety of missions to complete. The game was set to feature a variety of weapons, vehicles, and characters from the Robotech series, as well as a unique transformation system that allowed the player to switch between different forms in order to access different abilities. The game was also set to feature a variety of multiplayer modes, where up to four players could compete against each other in deathmatch, capture the flag, and other game modes. Robotech - Crystal Dreams was set to be an ambitious game for the Nintendo 64, with detailed 3D graphics and an expansive world to explore. Unfortunately, the game was cancelled before it could be released, and the development team moved onto other projects.
