Players take control of a professional skateboarder, and must perform tricks and combos to score points. The game features a variety of levels, each with its own unique obstacles and challenges. The game also features a two-player mode, allowing players to compete against each other. In Japan, the game is known as Tony Hawk's Skateboarding 2 (トニー・ホークス・スケートボーディング2). The game was well-received, and is considered one of the best skateboarding games ever made.
