Arkanoid DS (USA) (日本語タイトル: アルカノイドDS) is a classic arcade-style game developed by Taito and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS platform. The game is a remake of the original 1986 classic of the same name, but with updated graphics and gameplay. Players control the Vaus (a paddle-like object) to deflect a ball and break blocks, with the goal of clearing the level. The game features over 50 levels, with power-ups, multiple gaming modes and a multiplayer mode. The game also includes four bonus levels, with an unlockable 'Challenge Mode' which features four additional levels.
