Mahjongg is an old-fashioned game that is said to have originated in China. The game is thought to have become popular after being invented in the Chinese province of Fujian in the 12th century. In Europe, the game was popular among medieval people who would play it at night while they watched TV. The game was said to be very cognitively challenging and provided puzzle-like strung pieces with unique patterns. Pieces that were too close to one another would be eliminated before they could be placed within the others.
