In this Majin Tantei game, you are the typical love interest for a powerful and mysterious man, known as Yako. The game begins with you and Yako sitting in a living room, watching TV. Suddenly, you hear a knock on the door and Yako opens it to find a woman, Yako's sister, who tells him that she is looking for him. After Yako helps her from her car, she takes him to her house so he can show her his effects: he can also see and feel the real world around him. Yako is overjoyed to have a chance to show his sister his effects so she can get a taste of his power, which is able to transform him into a Ha-Ha-Ha, a creature of darkness and fear. In order to get his hands on the Neuro product that Yako's sister is looking for, which is the one that contains the neurofibers that keep him youthful and life-like, Yako must first navigate his way through a series ofayanms and challenges, all the while trying to keep his sister from reaching her final destination. Along the way, Yako must face the power of the Neuro product and his own fears and feelings, all while trying to keep his sister safe from Yako's sister's rival, who wants to kill her.
