MechWarrior is a first-person, action-RPG video game for the Super Nintendo. It was developed by French game developer FromSoftware, and published by Bandai Namco. The game was released in France on October 7, 1992 and in North America on October 15, 1992. It was ported to the Game Boy Advance by FromSoftware in 2003. The game is set in a future where the human race has been forced to fight for survival against an alien race known as the MechWarrior. You play as one of several soldiers fighting against the MechWarriors in various arenas. You can use your weapons to destruction in a variety of ways, and you can also use your environment to your advantage. You can build your own mechs and use them to take on the MechWarriors. The game has a unique combat system where you can four-player co-operatively fight against the MechWarriors. The game also features a multiplayer mode in which up to four players can battle it out in various arenas.
