The Super Nintendo game NCAA Final Four Basketball is a 1990 American video game based on the NCAA Division I men’s basketball tournament. It was published by Electronic Arts and is the fourth installment in the EA Sports NCAA Basketball series. It was released in North America on cassette and CD-ROM, and in Europe on cassette and CD-ROM. The game is a single-player mode where the player controls a team of players from the University of Kentucky Wildcats. The player can also choose to play as either a team of college players from the United States or international players from Europe. The game has been ported to the Wii, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
