Tokimeki Memorial - Densetsu no Ki no Shita de (Japan)

Super Nintendo game Tokimeki Memorial - Densetsu no Ki no Shita de is a side-scrolling action game developed and published by Bandai Namco. It was released in Japan on October 25, 1991 and is a remake of the arcade game Tokimeki Memorial - Densetsu no Ki no Shita. The player controls a character named Ryu, who is the grandson of the protagonist of the original game, Tokimeki Memorial - Densetsu no Ki no Shita. The objective of the game is to defeat all of the enemies, as well as collecting many items in order to progress. The game has a two-player co-operative mode where two players can team up and play through the game together. The game has been praised for its graphics and gameplay. It has been awarded a number of awards, including a 1990s Game Developers' Choice Award, a Japan Media Award, and an International Game Award.
