Pier Solar and the Great Architects is an action-adventure game for the Sega Genesis. It was developed by French company Vivendi and published by GoldStar. The game sees the player control Pier Solar as he travels through a world of ruins, fighting against evil creatures and rescuing the hostages. The player can use their Genesis controller to interact with the game's environments, including the use of wings to fly. The game was re-released for the PlayStation 2 in 2006 as part of the 'Pier Solar Collection' and for the Wii in 2007 as part of the 'Pier Solar Collection 2'.
