Mortal Kombat 3 is an action-adventure game for the Super Nintendo. Developed by FromSoftware and published by Warner Bros. Europe, it is the third and final game in the Mortal Kombat series. It was released in Europe on October 5, 1991. The game is set in the fictional city of Midway, and follows the adventures of the evil Shang Tsung. After defeating the evil sorcerer sorcerer Quan Chi, Midway is renamed Mortal Kombat, and Shang Tsung is the new ruler. Players can choose to play as either Shang Tsung or your own character. The game features an extensive single-player campaign, as well as a variety of co-operative multiplayer modes.
